If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order or you need a different size, you have 14 days from delivery to request a size change or 5 days to request a return. At the end of these deadlines, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, but only an exchange in the following 21 days.

We will be happy to accept returns of artic oils as long as they are in their original condition, with the tag. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. They must also reach us in the original packaging.

The artic only will be exchanged or refunded within a maximum of 30 days, following receipt of the returned product.
